Who this is for:

Anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and is ready for a different way forward-one that supports lasting change from within, through greater understanding of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that no longer serve you.

You may be:

  • navigating chronic stress, burnout or ongoing health challenges

  • feeling stuck in “survival mode” or disconnected from yourself or your body

  • finding it hard to slow down, rest, or feel safe in your body

  • experiencing patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or shutdown

  • a parent/carer navigating your own capacity while supporting others

  • seeking more clarity, direction, or a deeper sense of purpose

  • wanting to feel more grounded and respond flexibly in the face of uncertainty.

Drawing on a strong background in developmental psychology, this work is tailored to provide developmentally appropriate support to children, teens, and families.

Change your inner world. Shift your outer life.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences, along with support to regulate your nervous system, strengthen self-awareness, and cultivate lasting change from within.

  • Learn to shift your relationship with your inner experience, creating the conditions for real change—calm, clarity, and choice, rather than reactivity and repeating old habits.

  • Work with your nervous system to allow change to unfold in a way that is natural, sustainable, and integrated into daily life.

Change that begins within becomes more stable and enduring—shaping how you think, feel, and move through the world, and the way life begins to meet you in return.

Together we will:

  • Explore the beliefs, values and patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Cultivate awareness of what no longer serves you

  • Create space for new possibilities and ways of being

  • Take aligned action toward the life you want to live

  • Move toward greater ease, resilience, and an enhanced quality of life.

Meet the coach: Dr Rani Jacobs

Dr Rani Jacobs (BSc, Grad. Dip Child & Adolescent Psychology, PhD; mindbodygreen health coach)

AHPRA Registration: PSY0001123237

I'm Rani, a licensed psychologist in Australia and a health and wellbeing coach in the United States. I hold a PhD in Behavioral Psychology and bring together extensive experience in research, clinical practice, and evidence-based coaching, alongside personal experience navigating chronic health challenges.

For more than two decades, I've supported individuals facing complex emotional, health, and life challenges. My work bridges the gap between insight and sustainable change, helping people move forward in ways that feel safe, realistic, and aligned with their values and circumstances.

Alongside my professional training, my perspective has also been shaped by a lived understanding of the intricate relationship between stress, health, and the nervous system. This deepens my commitment to working in a way that is compassionate, collaborative, and free from judgment.

At the heart of my work is supporting people to move beyond survival mode, rebuild trust in their bodies, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within—allowing them to create meaningful, sustainable change and live with greater purpose, alignment, and wellbeing.

How coaching can help

Coaching is a collaborative, experiential process that helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can move through life with greater ease.

  • Gain clarity around your values, priorities, and direction

  • Identify and being to shift patterns that impact long-term wellbeing

  • Develop a mindset aligned with where you are growing, not just where you have been (drawing on cognitive behavioral coaching principles)

  • Build awareness of what your body is communicating through sensation (somatic awareness/interoception)

  • Create a personalized approach that reflects your motivations, circumstances, and capacity

  • Take practical, supported steps toward meaningful and sustainable transformation

  • Navigate challenges with greater compassion, awareness and effective strategies.

Experience is our most powerful teacher. What is lived and understood through experience becomes integrated over time-not just understood intellectually, but felt, remembered, and available to return to in daily life.
